About Us

THE TEAM at the Coffs City Golf Centre are fully committed to assisting golfers (of all abilities) improve their game. Our Retail Centre is based at the Coffs Harbour Golf Club. You will find our Pro-Shop at the southern end of the clubhouse.

As you enter the Pro-Shop, you will notice we are well stocked with men’s and women’s apparel. We have a large range of golf shoes and accessories, but you will also notice we don’t carry as many golf clubs as other stores. This is because through our experience, most golfers require clubs custom made specific to them. Therefore we carry more “FITTING” clubs than standard stock clubs.

Once you have been fitted for your set, the turnaround time is minimal. We can also ship your new set to anywhere in the country. Whether you are a beginner, or an experienced player, whether you require a putter, a set of irons, or a driver you need to be fitted.

It is our belief through over 40 years of combined experience in the golf industry, that you will should be fitted for every golf club you purchase. Otherwise you will run the risk of wasting your hard earned money on equipment that does not suit you. This can in turn hamper the process of you reaching your full golfing potential.

MEET THE TEAM

MATT ALLAN Head Professional AAA Accredited	With a long proud and happy association with the Coffs Harbour Golf Club, Matt served his PGA traineeship here from 1996 – 1999. Matt is a club fitting specialist and teacher.
PETER PEARCE Teaching Professional AAA Accredited	With over 30 years experience as a tour player, club professional, club manufacturer and teacher, Peter is one of Australia’s highest accredited coaches.
SCOTT CARROLL Manager	Scott was born on the mid north coast and moved to Sydney to further his golfing career as a trainee professional at Kogarah GC. He worked for major golf companies in club manufacturing.
JOS MITCHELL Retail Manager	Jos has been a very active Coffs Harbour Golf Club member since 1988. She will provide friendly informed help and assistance in all your golfing inquires.
MARC QUIRK Pro Shop Assistant	Marc is a keen golfer who is planning to make a career in golf. He is originally from South Africa and has been living here since 1998.
BOB CROTHERS Pro Shop Assistant	Bob brings to our team a wealth of experience derived namely from the financial industry. He is an avid golfer and member of the Coffs Harbour Golf Club.
CHRIS BARROW Pro Shop Assistant	Chris was born in Coffs Harbour, and is a member of Coffs Harbour and Sawtell Golf Clubs.
